How long will it take for my center to be listed on the map?

This form is intended to add your center to the treatment locations map. After completing this form, please allow three to five days for us to add your information. If your site appears already on the map but you need to modify some information, please contact us.

What if I do not have a photo and description of my center?

If you cannot provide the photo and short description paragraph of your center, we will take what is shown on Google and/or your website. Full address and website link is the minimum we need.
