In the United States, many people living with advanced cancer who could benefit from radioligand therapy never reach it. The barriers are rarely clinical. Community urologists and oncologists often lack simple tools to identify who qualifies, where to refer, and how to guide what comes next. Oncidium foundation USA, a 501(c)(3) public charity, was created to help close this gap.

In 2026, our work focuses on three priorities:

• Building practical referral and screening tools that fit into everyday clinical workflows, and strengthening peer education for community oncologists and urologists through ASCO's RAISE Community of Practice (Radiopharmaceutical Alliance and Information for Support and Education).
• Working alongside healthcare professionals, patient advocates, and partner institutions, we aim to expand access to radioligand therapy across the country, with particular attention to the communities most often left behind.
• Oncidium foundation USA works to improve education, awareness, and access to nuclear medicine and radioligand therapy so that more patients and communities can understand, locate, and benefit from these rapidly advancing innovations.
