BELLEVUE, WA – July 29, 2026 – TerraPower Isotopes (TPI), an affiliate of TerraPower, a nuclear innovation company, today announced its commitment to donate actinium-2251 (Ac-225) coordinated through the Oncidium foundation.

The Oncidium foundation, a non-profit dedicated to advancing global access to targeted radionuclide therapy for cancer care, established the RLT-Connect program to deliver this therapy to patients in financial need, ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to access potentially life-changing treatment, wherever and whoever they are. The donation marks TPI's entry into Oncidium's ecosystem of radioisotope suppliers, healthcare practitioners and radiopharmacies working together to close the gap between innovative cancer treatment and the patients who need it most.

"TPI’s collaboration with the Oncidium foundation gets right to the heart of why we do this work," said Scott Claunch, president of TerraPower Isotopes. "Producing actinium-225 at scale means nothing if it doesn't reach the patients who need it most. TPI has created a reliable logistics channel, we're shipping weekly, and we're proud to be part of a chain that provides life-saving treatment to patients who would otherwise have none.”

“Access to radioligand therapy should never depend on where a patient happens to live,” said Rebecca Lo bue, CEO of Oncidium foundation. “TerraPower Isotopes' decision to donate actinium-225 is a meaningful step towards closing that gap, and we are grateful for their commitment. Together we can bring these treatments within reach of many more patients around the world.”

TPI is transforming the fight against cancer by bringing the next generation of isotopes to market. TPI has established a reliable and consistent supply chain for Ac-225 and continues to ship the isotope on a weekly basis to drug developers and researchers, making the company a leading global distributor of Ac-225 for clinical and commercial use.

The company’s Ac-225 is currently being utilized in human clinical trials around the world, supporting the development of targeted alpha therapies—a rapidly growing class of precision cancer treatments that couple radioactive isotopes with targeting molecules to deliver localized doses of radiation directly to cancer cells.

1 TPI produced actinium-225 is intended to be used as starting material for further manufacturing processes and, as starting material, is not manufactured in accordance with current good manufacturing practices.
