²⁰³Pb-DOTA-VMT-MCR1 (²⁰³Pb-VMT01) and the therapeutic analogue ²¹²Pb-VMT01 are labeled peptides that bind with high Affinity and specificity to MCR1. They are developed for targeted Imaging and image-guided therapy of metastatic melanoma.
For Imaging purpose, the company is also developing the analogue ⁶⁸Ga-VMT02.

²⁰³Pb-DOTA-VMT-MCR1 binds with high Affinity and specificity to melanocortin receptor subtype I (MC1R) and can be used for targeted Imaging and image-guided therapy of metastatic melanomas. MC1R is upregulated at the surface of metastatic melanoma cells. A phase I study was initiated in March 2021 and expected to be completed by December 2022.
