¹⁷⁷Lu-XT033 is a PSMA targeting radiotherapeutic developed for the treatment of prostate cancer patients. The molecule contains an Evans blue (EB) fragment that is supposed to increase metabolic stability. ¹⁷⁷Lu-XT033 entered Phase I clinical trial in China in early 2023.
